Intense and brilliant ruby red colour, on the nose the wine has clear hints of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, violet, balsamic and spicy notes, blond tobacco, licorice. In the mouth it is balanced and powerful, with balanced tannins and freshness that ensure a lingering taste. With grilled T-bone steak.

bruciato  doc bolgheri tenuta guado al tasso 2020. Alcohol content 13.5% vol. Grape varieties: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah. It ages about 8 months in barriques and 4 months in bottle. Dark ruby red colour. Floral scents of rose, violet, notes of red berries, eucalyptus, spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate the wine is rich, with a good structure and mouth-filling tannins. Long and rewarding back palate. To be combined with lamb with herbs.

After oxygenation it releases intense aromas OF fruit jam (sour cherry), dried red flowers (violet, rosehip), leather, topsoil, spices, rhubarb, tobacco AND tar. ALL this ON a background OF flint AND wet earth. Warm AND lingering taste, fresh, stylish, WITH velvety tannins. Best WITH aged cheeses.
